🍛 Coconut curry chicken, white rice, and homemade cheese naan EN
Ingredients
🥥 For the coconut curry chicken:
🍗 2 chicken breasts
🧅 1 onion
🧄 1 clove of garlic
🫗 1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons curry powder
🥥 200 ml coconut milk
🧂 Salt, pepper
Cilantro or parsley
🍚 For the rice:
🍚 150 g rice
💧 Water
On
🧀 For the cheese naan:
🌾 200 g flour
🥛 1 plain yogurt
🫗 1 tablespoon oil
1/2 packet of baking powder
🧂 1 pinch of salt
🧀 Mozzarella-type cheese or Laughing Cow cheese
Instructions
Chicken curry with coconut
Cut the chicken into pieces.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with oil.
Add the chicken and brown it.
Add the curry and mix well.
Pour in the coconut milk.
Add salt and pepper.
Simmer for 12–15 minutes over low heat.
Sprinkle with cilantro or parsley.
White rice
Rinse the rice.
Pour the rice into a saucepan.
Add twice its volume in water.
Add a pinch of salt.
Cook over medium heat until completely absorbed.
Let stand for 3 minutes off the heat.
Cheese is not homemade.
Mix the flour, yogurt, oil, salt, and baking powder.
Form a soft dough.
Divide into 4 small balls.
Flatten each ball into a disc.
Add cheese to the center.
Close and spread gently.
Cook each naan in a hot pan without any fat.
Turn it back when bubbles appear.
Dressage
Place the rice on the plate.
Add the creamy coconut curry chicken.
Add two warm cheese naans.
